Signing up as an affiliate is a straightforward process. Before you begin, we encourage you to carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:
Affiliate Application and Approval:
To become an affiliate, you must submit a completed application through our affiliate portal. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our discretion.
Commission Structure:
As an affiliate, you will earn a commission of 15% on all completed sales (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns) generated through your unique affiliate referral link.
Cookie Duration:
The referral tracking cookie duration is set to 30 days. This means that if a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will receive a commission for that sale.
Affiliate Responsibilities:
You are responsible for promoting Amethyst Beverage products in a truthful and ethical manner. You must not engage in any deceptive or misleading practices that could harm our brand reputation. The affiliate agrees to 1 post utilizing the product on their timeline every 2 weeks and 2 Story posts every week.
Brand Usage and Intellectual Property:
As an affiliate, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use our brand logos and intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting Amethyst Beverage products. You may not modify, alter, or use our branding in any way that could cause confusion or dilute our brand identity.
Payouts and Payment Schedule:
Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis. Payments will be made via PayPal or another agreed-upon payment method, provided your commission balance reaches a minimum threshold of $50. If your balance is below the minimum threshold, it will be rolled over to the following month until the threshold is met. Payouts will be issued 30 days after the close of the Month of business.
Order and Referral Validation:
All sales and referrals will be subject to validation by Amethyst Beverage. We reserve the right to disqualify any referrals that do not comply with our terms or that are suspected of fraudulent activities.
Termination:
Either party may terminate this affiliate agreement at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, any outstanding commission earned before the termination date will be paid out, subject to validation.
Modification of Terms:
Amethyst Beverage reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program after the modifications will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
Anti-Spam Policy:
Affiliates must not engage in spammy or unsolicited email marketing, social media spam, or any other forms of unethical marketing practices.
Liability:
Amethyst Beverage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate program or your participation in it.
Agreement Acceptance:
By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
